Today, I am officially a crone--365 days period-free and finally in menopause.  YAY!  

Anyone who knows me wouldn't bat an eye that it's also Friday the 13th.  Lol!

Let the hagdom and muttering of curses begin!

It is HUGELY awesome, and I hope you get there as soon as it's physically possible for you to. I mean, I'm still having MENOpause, so hot flashes, etc., but at least I'm definitely past the bleeding part, which is an enormous relief.

Yeah my mom said if my menopause is like hers then it’ll be nothing compared to what I’ve gone through since I was like 12. And I never wanted kids so this has been nothing but an aggravation and extra expense for me.

Yay! Menopause is the best. (When I was younger, I remember hearing nothing but bad things about menopause as something I should dread, but it was 100% a good trade. Hot flashes are a minor inconvenience compared to the alternative.)

Menopause drove my mother insane (literally), so I am SUPER happy to report that I'm having none of that. If hot flashes and night sweats are the worst I have to deal with, I am ALL IN, baby! LoL! (Seriously, my mother was already mentally ill; menopause just took it to 11, so to speak.)
