Fitness Fellowship 2024: Week 24 Check-in
Greetings, fitness friends! I'm going to do something a little different with this week's check-in, namely skip my personal report, because we are on vacation, and I don't want to spend too much time online.

#1 Fast till lunchtime Mon-Fri
#2 Thirty plants a week
#3 Exercise three days a week (pilates, badminton, weights/walking)
S and I started playing badminton last week. It was so much fun. It's surprisingly strenuous and both of us had stiff muscles for a couple of days afterwards.

I'm still hovering close to my next goal, but I also keep making excuses for treats.
Today, I grabbed taquitos and a Slurpee for lunch from 7 Eleven. I'm currently grumbling about the fact that 7 Eleven is the cheapest lunch I have access to. I have healthier choices that I could be making, but they all involve more money and/or more planning. (I have a ton of dried beans and lentils, etc, and I just can't work up the motivation to actually cook lately.)

This is all to say that the struggle is real, and we are both going through it. :-)

And I've had too many times in the past where I decided to make my own food from scratch, buy the ingredients, blink, and half the produce needs to be thrown out because I didn't use it in time. Which then discourages me from buying more produce the next time unless I'm planning to eat it that same day.
