Greetings, fitness friends!  I'm going to do something a little different with this week's check-in, namely skip my personal report, because we are on vacation, and I don't want to spend too much time online.

BUT, please DO share your ups and downs for the week that was and any goals you have for the week ahead, and I promise to respond to your comments.

Weekly goals:
#1 Fast till lunchtime Mon-Fri
#2 Thirty plants a week
#3 Exercise three days a week (pilates, badminton, weights/walking)

S and I started playing badminton last week. It was so much fun. It's surprisingly strenuous and both of us had stiff muscles for a couple of days afterwards.
