Hello, Friends, and welcome to another week of maybe meeting some fitness goals or something. Behold, the certainty! Lol!

As usual, please feel free to share your successes and challenges and whatever your plans may be for the week ahead. And even if you're not sharing, please do comment. We can use all the help and support you're willing to offer!


This was a pretty good week. I hit three of my four fitness goals, and I'm happy about that, particularly as I'd had a run of a few weeks there when it didn't seem like I was ever going to get back on the wagon or horse or some other outdated mode of ambulation.

I exercised three days (walking), got plenty of sleep, and ate much better than I'd been doing. The only thing I still haven't managed is the blasted meditation. I don't know WHAT my block is, but it's annoying.

Ah, well, onward and forward. For the week to come, I'm planning more of the same: at least three days of exercise, better eating, good sleep, and at least ONE day of meditation.
