Fitness Fellowship 2025: Check-in Sixteen

Greetings from a rainy Monday afternoon here in my part of the world. We're finally having seasonably appropriate weather here, which means there has been a lot of walking outdoors. Yay!
I hope the weather where you are has been conducive to health, whatever that means for you. (I know folks hereabouts who suffer from pollen allergies are miserable right now, so your mileage may definitely vary, time and place depending.)
As always, please share in the comments how your week has been. I'm always happy to hear from you, but please do not feel any pressure to share.
Weight: 209.2, which is actually 2.6 pounds LOWER than what I came home with on Friday. I can't believe I gained five and a half pounds on a four-day vacation. I swear, I wasn't that bad in terms of what I ate, and we got a ton of exercise. Ah, well...at least the number is moving in the right direction again. Still, it is SO disheartening to gain so much so quickly!
Exercise: We walked every day on break, including a 5.5 mile hike on Thursday. Yoga 5 days out of 4 pledged. Weights 5 days out of 3 pledged.
Eating plan: We had to live mostly on takeout during our mini-vacation, but I did try to eat as healthfully as possible, including lots of veg and salad wherever possible. That said, there were some dubious dessert choices. ;-)
Hydration: Pretty good.
Sleep: Sort of? I don't sleep well when I'm away from home, but I managed a couple of good nights on break.
Meditation: Yes, some breathing and focusing to try to help me through anxiety on the first night away.
The week ahead: I'm planning lots of salad and rice and beans to sort of clear my system of whatever's left from holiday. It's back to work tomorrow, but I'm planning fruits and veggies for lunches, so I'm hopeful that I'll see a turnaround on the scale. My exercise plans are the same as always: Walking every day, yoga four times a week, weights at least three times a week.
