I hope it's been a good week for you, fitness-wise and in every other way that matters to you. :-)

Eating, check.

Sleeping, check. (Mostly. I had anxiety last night, so I'm down a few hours' rest.)

Meditation, check. (Twice! It was marvelous!)

Exercise... *sighs* I did take one very long walk on Saturday. It was cold but gloriously sunny, and out of the wind, which we were for much of it, it was quite lovely. Yesterday was more of the same, but I just had far too much work to do. Ah, well. I'm hoping for spring-like weather sometime soonish, and I do have an eleven-day break coming up, starting on the 29th, so I'm hoping exercise will be a nice by-product of me wanting to be outside. I really do love a good, long ramble. What I don't love is mushy snow in my shoes.
