So, friends and fellow fitness folks, we've reached the three month mark, and I'm wondering: Do you feel fitter? Has something you've been doing made a difference in your daily life? Inquiring minds want to know. :-)

Please share how your week has been and if you have any new plans for the week ahead. Of course, anyone can jump in at any time. We welcome the company!


This has been a pretty okay week. I exercised two of three promised days; I was going to exercise yesterday, but I was so sore from the day before's exercise that I said, "To hell with it!" Still, that exercise on Saturday was a nice reminder of why I'm trying to be fitter. I spent three-plus hours doing heavy yard work, and boy, was I completely wiped out when it was done. If I'm going to enact that Pre-Apocalypse Garden Project of Dooooom that I've been planning, I'm going to have to get in shape! That's good motivation.

I did meditate once, and it was very, very nice.

My sleep was so-so, but not for any reason I could necessarily control. I had one really bad night of sleeplessness, which I think was caused by a cup of tea I had earlier in the day. I thought I'd had it early enough, but I guess not. Anyway, that was hard; it made the rest of the week more of a challenge.

Eating-wise, I've been pretty well. Lots of fruit and veggies, no added salt, oil, etc., and only moderate intake of vegan sweets. I think I'm doing pretty well, food-wise.

For next week, I plan more of the same. We'll see.
