Fitness Fellowship 2022: Check-in Post!
Aug. 9th, 2022 05:22 pmThis is a day late, but that's okay, right? I count it a win that I'm even gathering the energy to write it. Honestly, RL can stop being relentless any time now. *sighs*
Enough whining, though. How has the week been for you? Have you had success with your fitness goal(s)? Please do feel free to share in the comments. As always, I'll put my personal update in the cut.
Weight: 201.2, for a loss this week of 2.2lbs. I'll take it!
Exercise: I was pretty consistent with this, though I only used the elliptical once. I need to get back into a regular habit on the elliptical.
Eating plan: I was mostly good with this, lots of clean eating, not too many treats. My biggest struggle has been with stomach-cramping hunger, which I've learned is a fairly common symptom of peri-menopause. Oh, joy, the gift that keeps on giving. Anyway, if I can avoid snacking and splurging a little bit better this coming week, I'm hopeful to drop below 200 by next Monday.
Plan for the week ahead: Exercise every day (at least two elliptical workouts this week). Keep eating green and clean; avoid snacking/splurging. SLEEP. Hydrate.
