Hello, again! Welcome back to another week of checking in with one another about our fitness goals and progress therein or lack thereof.

As always, please share if you're able and/or willing. Please know that this little community is for you, so you're welcome to adjust, change, or drop a goal at any time. We're here to listen, not to judge.

Weight: 211.8, so down .6 from last week. I'm happy with this.

Exercise: It was a solid week. I did yoga four of four times pledged, strength training five of four times pledged, and walked every day (some days on the elliptical because of the heat).

Eating plan: I focused on clean eating--lots of fruits, veggies, beans and legumes, whole grains, and the like. I did eat a few processed items, but I strove to make healthier choices even there. I felt *so* much better eating clean, a fact I need to remember when I return to teaching in September and fall back into bad habits because I'm exhausted all the time.

Hydration: Yes!

Sleep: So much good sleep. I love summer break for this alone!

Meditation: Yes! I did guided meditations at least twice but also did some walking meditation while out for a stroll by myself one afternoon this past week. Very healing stuff!

The week ahead: I'm hoping to continue as I have been with the eating plan, exercise, etc.

I'm sending you all the good vibes for a great week ahead!

Saw this on Latest Things and it made me laugh. I don't have separate fitness goals from other stuff. Which right now, in terms of physical activity, consists largely of "How much yardening can I do before the heat melts me into a puddle?" My average is around 10 minutes with a range of 5-15. On a sweltering day I'll only do a couple of essential things. On a day that is merely hot I may also get in some harvesting or other tasks. Hand watering, if it hasn't rained. Spring and fall, the busy seasons, I may rack up 10+ rounds adding up to 1-2 hours or more.
