The end of daylight savings time has had its usual effect, re: I am tired despite taking a full dose of melatonin and actually falling asleep at a reasonable hour. It has occurred to me only very belatedly that as a night owl, I should have chosen a different career, one in which I did not need to be up and alert and social at 8:00am. All of this is to say, my circadian rhythms are borked, and it will take a good long while to unbork them. ;-)
