Fitness Fellowship 2025 Check-in 21
May. 26th, 2025 05:58 pmHereabouts, it's a long weekend, and we had Friday off, as well, so that has meant indulging a little but has also meant long rambles between raindrops and today's gardening-palooza. Once again, I'm reminded forcibly how important it is for me to be active and outdoors. The snakes in my brain are significantly less hissy when I get outside and exercise.
