Fitness Fellowship: Week Nine

As usual, please feel free to share your successes and challenges and whatever your plans may be for the week ahead. And even if you're not sharing, please do comment. We can use all the help and support you're willing to offer!
This was a pretty good week. I hit three of my four fitness goals, and I'm happy about that, particularly as I'd had a run of a few weeks there when it didn't seem like I was ever going to get back on the wagon or horse or some other outdated mode of ambulation.
I exercised three days (walking), got plenty of sleep, and ate much better than I'd been doing. The only thing I still haven't managed is the blasted meditation. I don't know WHAT my block is, but it's annoying.
Ah, well, onward and forward. For the week to come, I'm planning more of the same: at least three days of exercise, better eating, good sleep, and at least ONE day of meditation.

Date: Tuesday, 6 March 2018 03:45 am (UTC)Anyway, new health crap has kept me from doing a lot of stuff I'd have liked to have done. But I'm getting away for the weekend, in a place that's mostly flat, so I'm hoping I can manage at least a bit of walking there. And you know, my room there is on the second floor, so there are stairs to climb too.
Here's hoping.

True, it's only been three days, but they've been three good days, and I'm not even sorry I just ate a tiny honey-filled stroopwafel to reward myself ;)

Date: Tuesday, 6 March 2018 11:39 pm (UTC)And I would never blame you for stoopwafel consumption. I adore them, even if they aren't vegan. A friend of mine lives in Holland and sends me some in a care package at the holidays, and I totally break my vegan vows for them, every time. So good!
