Hello, Friends!

I hope you've had a good week and are feeling fit, for whatever value of "fit" you're using.

As always, please do let us know how your week went and what you're planning for the week ahead. You're also welcome to share advice, tips, rants, links, and anything else you might be pondering on the fitness front.



I have been more active this week, though not with formal exercise. We've been working on clearing the attic at our old house, and I've been working here at the new house too, so I've definitely been getting more movement in, even if it isn't walking or whatnot.

I did try meditating twice this week; it wasn't successful in getting me into a meditative state, but as the trying did help me to fall asleep, I'll take it as a win.

Sleep has been pretty okay, and I've definitely been eating good-for-me foods, having more time to cook while on break.

All in all, it hasn't been a banner week, but it hasn't been bad, either, and I feel pretty okay, so I'll take it. ;-)
