Hello, Friends!

I hope the week that was has been a good one for you. Please share your fitness successes and less-than-successes with us, as usual. No judgement, just support. :-)



Weight: Down from last week, but that was a weird upward blip, so I guess it's stable?

Exercise: I did yoga four times this past week, at least three of those sessions being 20 minutes long. I walked every day, sometimes in the hallways at work, sometimes on the elliptical when it was too yucky outside to venture out, and once actually outside.

Eating plan: I continue to eat what I want but try to keep it within reason, with my goal until 1 January to be maintaining rather than gaining. I have to overhaul everything when we get to the new year, but for now, I'm just trying not to eat too much, period.

Hydration: Good.

Sleep: Oh, I had TWO snow days, which made for a four-day weekend, and my sleep was EPIC! I have only five more work days until my holiday break, and I am VERY much looking forward to that.

The week ahead: More of the same.

My parents have a split level house. I'm in for 4 weeks of running steps a jillion times. Surely that'll help
