Fitness Fellowship 2025: Check-in 30

How has your fitness journey been this past week? Ups? Downs? Indifferences? Please do share how you've been coming along.
Weight: I lost 2.6 pounds this week, which would be excellent, except it was largely because of a 24-hour bug I suffered yesterday.
Exercise: I did yoga four times of four pledged, but the fourth session was only eight minutes long and was done in my recliner. (I tried "couch yoga" for the first time, thanks to aforementioned bug.) I lifted five times of three pledged. I walked every day but yesterday (again, see: stomach bug).
Eating plan: I was actually mostly good about what I ate--I made a big pan of homemade veg and beans to go on brown rice, for example, and I had several smoothies throughout the course of the week. I think I snacked too often at night, though. Yesterday, I was able to keep food down, but my stomach was upset, so I was very careful about what I ate, how much, and how spicy it was. I was also good about sweets and limiting my intake of them.
Hydration: Yes! It's been so hot here that I haven't been outside much, but even working out indoors in the AC, I sweat like nobody's business, so I'm careful about hydration.
Meditation: Yes!
Sleep: This has been good. I got too much sleep yesterday, but I was sick, so there you go.
The week ahead: More of the same, minus the virus. ;-)
