I actually remembered this post last night but was too brain-fried to actually sit down at the computer to do it. I spent a lot of yesterday in this same chair working on school stuff. Today was a full day of meetings, with some time for classroom set-up. I was there until 4:30 because that's how I roll. Ugh.
How was this past week for you in terms of fitness (or anything else you'd like to share)? Please do let us know how you're doing on reaching your goals.
Weight: A little down from last week, maybe? I haven't been keeping track from week to week (even though I weigh myself daily).
Eating plan: Oi. What plan? Lol! I was definitely in "stressed and feeling sorry for myself" mode, and I ate a lot of things (and a lot of a lot of things) that I should have avoided. Ah, well. A week or two back in the grind, and I'll be on track again.
Exercise: This, I have been good at/with. Yoga, walking, weights. An hour, at least, per day.
Sleep: Last night, I was very good. All the previous nights, when I was supposed to be walking back my bedtime? HA!
Meditation: See yoga.
Hydration: No. I actually found myself desperately thirsty several times while I was working at my desk and couldn't manage to tear myself away to get something more to drink. I am a bonehead. I'm back to carrying a large, insulated water bottle, however, so at school, at least, I should be alright.
The week ahead: I would like to say that I will get an hour's exercise a day, sleep enough, eat well, etc., etc. I will try. Whether I succeed or not is often up to how I feel when I finally drag myself in the door at the end of a day. These first couple of weeks back are usually a painful adjustment period, no matter how long I've been doing this for a living. We'll see. I can say with some certainty that I will, at least, maintain my fasting window and eat fewer calories because who has time to eat? Lol!
