Greetings, friends!

Ready to look back over the past week and consider your fitness? Me neither! LoL! But, here we are. :-)

As always, please share as much or as little as you're comfortable with regarding your fitness goals (or anything else, for that matter--we're easy around here).



Weight: This morning, the scale said I was up quite a bit, but Saturday AM it was excellent, and I didn't eat *that* much on the weekend, so I'm going to call it a fluke and hope for the best. (I didn't get much sleep last night, and I have noticed that the more sleep I get, the less I weigh the next morning. Coincidence? I don't know.)

Exercise: I exercised every day and did yoga four times this past week.

Eating plan: I mean, I guess I'm doing okay? I've been eating less at dinner and fewer sweets overall, but then I've found myself hungry before bed and ended up snacking on popcorn, which isn't the worst snack--lots of fiber--but it's messing with my fasting window. I'm just trying not to GAIN anything over the holidays, and I'll tackle the plan for actually losing weight when I get to the new year.

Hydration: I've been good about this.

Sleep: I didn't follow my own rules about screens last night and had difficulty falling asleep and then a really hard time staying asleep too. I know better--I do! But the ebook I was reading was so good! Lol!

The week ahead: Less snacking, more exercise, better sleep.
