Fitness Fellowship 2021: Week 49 Check-in

Weight: I am hovering at around 178 right now and really need to bump that downward by at least three pounds. My personal mini-goal is to be 175 for Xmas. I cannot actually wear half of the pants I bought for work for winter, and it's definitely winter here now, so there's some urgency. To achieve this, I've changed my calorie tracker to reflect that I'm looking to lose a pound a week, and I'm trying not to snack at night, with limited success.
Exercise: On this, I continue to be pretty faithful, with steps and stairs at work and elliptical workouts on the weeknights and some outdoors walking on the weekends, when and as I can.
Eating plan: Honestly, I just have to stop eating snacks. Otherwise, I'm doing okay in terms of my eating plan. I'm just NOT seeing any results, which is disheartening. I'll keep on keeping on, though.
The week ahead: Exercise. Eat right. Cut out the snacks. Get more sleep.
