Fitness Fellowship 2022: Week 5 Check-in
Feb. 5th, 2022 11:25 amWelcome, friends, to another check-in! I hope you've had a good week, but even if it's been rough, we're here to listen and not judge.
Please do share with us your ups and downs and let us know what you're thinking about for the week ahead.
Weight: I lost .4 pounds and am glad of it. My plan to lose .5 or so a week seems to be working!
Exercise: I finished the 18-workout iFit elliptical challenge (which didn't have to be done until the 28th!) AND a mini-challenge (3 workouts) this week. We've had a ton of snow this week, so outdoor walking has been out of the question, and I haven't gotten around to more snowshoeing, though I'm hoping maybe I can get some time for it tomorrow. I have let the strength training go to the wayside, though, and MUST get back to it.
Eating plan: I've been good. Truly. Lots of veg, fruit, whole grains, and beans, with a lot less processed food (and some days none).
Meditation: I did some while out walking in my yard in the snow the other day, and it was lovely. But, I do need a more regular plan.
The week ahead: I'm going to keep on keeping on.

Date: Tuesday, 8 February 2022 12:57 am (UTC)I also LOVE the idea of a favorite dress as motivation for making your goal. I am POSITIVE you're going to get into that dress THIS YEAR! (And I'm going to make my goal to get back INTO some of my work pants, which I CAN wear but which are too snug for comfort.)
