Re-launching Fitness Fellowship for 2023

I'll give you the skinny on 1 January, but basically, I'm reaching out to see if anyone is interested in a weekly fitness (as you define it, set your own goals, etc.) check-in.

Frankly, I need the accountability and I enjoy the community interaction.

So, if you're feeling like setting a fitness goal (or some fitness goals), please watch this space on Sunday for more info.
