If you live anywhere the storm has passed through, is in, or is heading toward, could you shout out (if it's safe to, of course) and let us know you're okay?

We’re expecting just the tail end of the storm tomorrow, with some straight-line winds and rain, though they are being cautious about warning that it might be worse. In any case, it won’t be like what I’ve been seeing on Twitter. I really hope our Midwest friends are okay.

We got scary text alerts telling us to seek shelter and then ... nothing happened. Not even remotely stormy here. I think the worst of it must have veered just south of us because there are lots of reports of damage in the southern half of the state.

I’m glad you’re safe and sorry you were frightened. The videos and alerts people were posting to Twitter were terrifying! We’re expecting high winds and potential thunderstorms today and had some rain and rumbles in the middle of the night, but I think it will be okay.
