Hey, there, friends!

How has the past week been for you, fitness-wise or any otherwise? Please do share as much or as little as you'd like with us. You know we're a non-judgmental group hereabouts. :-)

Weight: I'm at 209.6, which is 2.2 pounds down from last week! \o/

Exercise: For the first time in a long while, I only managed three sessions of yoga instead of my usual four, largely because of my schedule and tiredness. I did walk every day, though, and did strength training five times. Yesterday, I did fairly strenuous yardwork for more than four hours and was completely knackered when I finally came inside, so I had no energy left for what should have been the week's fourth yoga session.

Eating plan: I have honestly been rocking this! I made a big pan of beans, greens, and potatoes with various spices and have been having that for dinner with rice or in whole wheat tortillas. A trip to the farmer's market on Saturday has yielded a ton of veggies, so I'm all set for more healthy entrees and lunches. And I feel good, too.

Hydration: Yes!

Sleep: I've been very good about getting to bed on time on weeknights and being off-screen before bedtime.

Meditation: No, which I have to rectify this week.

The week ahead: More of the same (and four/four yoga sessions).

I'm sending you good energy for a week that gives you what you need!

Congratulations on all the successes! Hearing about the delicious healthy food and good sleep is especially inspiring.

I've still been struggling with heat, forest fire smoke, and work stress here, but I feel like things are turning a corner. I do have something I feel good about, though. I've been managing both an office move and a move at home, which means I've been doing a lot of lifting and carrying lately, including a full eight-hour shift at work that was pretty much all packing and moving bankers' boxes full of records and some sizable office equipment, followed by a Saturday carting books to the secondhand bookshop. I could lift everything I wanted to lift, and nothing in my body is complaining. It's a level of fitness I'm grateful to have. :D
